Getting Started

How do I create an account?+

Download Winkply from the App Store or Google Play. Tap 'Get Started' and sign up with your email or Google account. You'll be ready to go in under 30 seconds.

Is Winkply free?+

Yes! Winkply offers a free tier with limited sessions per month. For unlimited access to all AI features, upgrade to Pro. We also offer Smart Auto-Pause — if you're inactive for 14 days, we automatically pause your subscription so you never pay for a service you're not using.

What devices are supported?+

Winkply is available on iOS (iPhone) and Android. We also have a web app at winkply.ai for text-based features.

Voice Roleplay

How does Voice Roleplay work?+

Choose a scenario (coffee date, first message, video call), and our Lyria 3 AI will engage in a realistic conversation with you. It adapts to your responses and provides real-time feedback on conversation flow, confidence, and engagement.

Is my voice data stored?+

No. Voice data is processed in real-time and is not stored after your session ends, unless you explicitly choose to save a recording for review.

What scenarios are available?+

We offer 20+ scenarios including coffee dates, phone calls, video calls, bar meetups, text conversations, and more. New scenarios are added monthly.

Billing & Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Go to Profile → Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period. You can also cancel through your app store's subscription management.

What is Smart Auto-Pause?+

Smart Auto-Pause automatically pauses your subscription if you haven't used the app for 14 days. This means you'll never be charged for a month you didn't use Winkply. You can toggle this feature on/off in Profile → Settings.

Can I get a refund?+

Refunds are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Contact your respective store's support for refund requests. We also honor refunds for technical issues — contact support@winkply.ai.

Privacy & Data

What data do you collect?+

We collect minimal data needed to provide our service: email, usage analytics, and session scores. Voice and video data is processed in real-time and not stored. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

Can I delete my data?+

Yes. Go to Profile → Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email privacy@winkply.ai.

Is my data sold to third parties?+

Absolutely not. We never sell your personal data. We only share limited, encrypted data with our AI processing partners (Google Cloud) to provide our coaching services.
